The Village of Men project goals include the prevention of domestic violence in the South Asian community in British Columbia through media messaging and skill building which encourages:

• men and youth to commit to respectful relationships;
• men and youth to increase their knowledge of the impact of domestic violence;
• men and youth to increase their knowledge of Canadian laws on domestic violence; and
• at-risk men to increase their help-seeking.
